Why do you need an Application for paperless transactions
In addition to the contract for the provision of services, you can fill out an Application for paperless transactions with domains. With it, you will be able to perform some operations with domains online. After signing the Application, operations with domains will become more convenient: you do not have to send notarized documents to Crafthost every time.
After completing the Application, you will be able to carry out the following operations online:
- Domain administrator change in COM, TECH zones
- Domain transfer in TECH zone from Crafthost to another registrar
- Selling COM, TECH domains in the Domain Store
Submit the Statement in one of the following ways:
- By mail to our postal address: 12345, New Youk (the signature in the application must be certified by a notary)
- In person at any Crafthost office with a passport
- Support service if you have a qualified electronic signature. Attach a completed application, a signed file in .sig format, a scanned copy of your passport and a selfie with documents. Individual entrepreneurs can transfer the Application, Certificate of Individual Entrepreneur and a scanned copy of the passport using the electronic document management system.

In the future, when managing a domain, it will be enough for you to submit an application in one of the following ways:
- Through the form on the Crafthost website
- Through your Personal Account
How to find out if the Application has been signed
To obtain information, log in to the Crafthost website and go to the Documents page. If the Application is signed, you will see the relevant information.
