Your work will be communication
As a future mega pro will, of course, you will have to take responsibility for the quality of the answers, so you will have a great opportunity to learn from the more experienced ones. Here we do not really play hierarchical games and everyone likes you helfne with somebody. In addition, you will design and improve internal systems and processes. We give you total freedom for your creative ideas (not only within your team). You can become a project / service specialist and work with other teams. This is simply your chance for a successful entry into the IT world.
Required Skills (We're waiting for you)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language
- Ability to work well with a team in a fast paced, constantly changing environment and follow instructions from senior colleagues and management
- Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience
- Dependable to be at work during assigned shifts and to complete work as expected.
Experience with cPanel and all its subsystems (Apache, DNS, MySQL, PHP, Exim, Courier and many more)
- Ability to multitask and meet specific goals set by management
- Understanding of sales and able to handle tickets that involve both support and subtle sales pitches. Experience with documenting procedures.
- Reliable Internet Connection
- Ability to troubleshoot basic web hosting and technical procedures as needed
- That you will show that the communication is your strong side
- That you can take responsibility for yourself
- That you have at least minimal experience in a similar area
- That you will be flexible within the various changes in the team
- That you will have a proactive approach to solving tasks
- That you will have the desire to constantly learn

Additional Details
- Department: Sales and Technical Support (Level 1)
- Shifts: 5 x 8 hour shifts (with 30 minute break).
- Location: This is a remote support position, open to any persons.
- We are looking for part-time people for long-term cooperation.
