This notice addresses how we, Crafthost SRL of Umberto Giordano Square, 220122 Milan MI, Italy (“Crafthost”, “we”, “us”, “our”) deal with the dissemination and removal of terrorist content on the internet in accordance with
Regulation (EU) 2021/784 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 29 April 2021 (the “Regulation”).
In accordance with our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy, the use of our services for terrorism-related purposes is prohibited. Accordingly, where we identify that such content is hosted by us, either by conducting
our own monitoring or receiving complaints from third parties, we reserve the right to take any remedial action immediately. This includes, without limitation:
- removal and/or retention of some or all of the content and/or website(s),
- blocking, suspending, or terminating any and all services without refund.
We do this keeping in mind that we will not block access to material disseminated to the public for educational, journalistic, artistic, or research purposes or for the purposes of preventing or combating terrorism. This includes
material that represents an expression of polemical or controversial views during public debate. If you are a customer and believe that we have unreasonably removed or blocked access to your content, you are free to submit
a complaint through our contact us pages.
Further, we will comply with removal orders issued by competent authorities in accordance with the Regulation within the timeframes set out in the Regulation. We are not permitted to evaluate or question whether or not the
content subject to such removal orders is terrorist content. We will notify the relevant customer in the event that we have removed or blocked access to your content pursuant to a relevant removal order, unless we have
been advised by the relevant authority not to do so.
Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation, we hereby specify [insert email address] as the contact point for the purpose of receiving removal orders regarding terrorist content. Removal orders may be sent in English or Italian
language only.
